Lamothe-Fenélon 1998.
The evening of the first testing of "IDA" in the water, was at the "plan d'eau" at Lamothe-Fenélon. An old trailer modified, the boat secured and a short trip to the lake with friends to help with the launching -- and!!! -- she floats perfectly. The two boys and I hop aboard and row out and around.
Next to try were our friendswho seemed to enjoy a quiet trundle up and down the calm waters scaring off the ducks. A few other brave friends tried "Ida" out and after getting her snuggly back on the trailer, we all retired to the restaurant "Le Lac" for aperatifs and a very pleasant meal > Douarnenez
